Terms & Conditions

1. General

Prestige Performer Collective LTD provides artists for bespoke events, performing arts training, workshops, and musical theatre camps for children aged 5–10.

​

By booking or attending any session, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

​

 

2. Waiver & Physical Contact

​

Due to the nature of performing arts training, some supervised physical contact may be necessary (e.g. correcting posture or demonstrating choreography).
 

All physical contact will always be:

  • Appropriate

  • Professional

  • In line with safeguarding guidelines
     

If you have any concerns, please contact Prestige Performer Collective LTD prior to participation.

3. Insurance

​

Prestige Performer Collective LTD holds:

  • Public Liability Insurance

  • Employer’s Liability Insurance

  • Professional Indemnity Insurance

     

4. Child Protection & Safeguarding
 

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children at all times.
 

We aim to:

  • Provide a safe and supportive environment

  • Promote confidence, independence, and wellbeing

  • Ensure all staff follow safeguarding procedures

Any concerns should be reported immediately.

 

5. Code of Conduct
 

All participants and parents/guardians are expected to:

  • Treat others with respect

  • Follow instructions from staff

  • Maintain appropriate behaviour
     

Failure to comply may result in:

  • Removal from sessions or camps

  • Refusal of future bookings
     

Prestige Performer Collective LTD reserves the right to refuse entry at any time. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

 

6. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

Bookings

  • Places are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment

  • Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis
     

Cancellations by You

  • Illness

  • Unforeseen circumstances
     

In such cases, an alternative date may be offered.

 

Cancellations by Us


Prestige Performer Collective LTD reserves the right to cancel sessions due to:

  • Illness

  • Unforeseen circumstances
     

In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

 

7. Photography & Video Consent
 

We may take photographs and videos during sessions for:

  • Promotional use (website, social media, marketing materials)

  • Internal training or safeguarding purposes
     

By booking, you:

  • Consent to your child being included in such media unless you opt out in writing
     

You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
 

We will:

  • Never use names alongside images without permission

  • Ensure all media is appropriate and respectful

     

8. Data Protection
 

Prestige Performer Collective LTD collects and processes personal data to operate safely and effectively.
 

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and up to date.
 

We will:

  • Store data securely

  • Only use it for legitimate purposes

  • Never share it without lawful reason or consent

     

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
 

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
