  • Booking and payment details

  • Photo/video consent preferences

  • Client details

We use your data to:

  • Deliver safe and effective sessions

  • Communicate with you about bookings

  • Maintain safeguarding and attendance records

  • Comply with legal obligations
     

4. Legal Basis for Processing (UK GDPR)

We process personal data under the following lawful bases:

  • Consent (e.g. photos/videos)

  • Contract (to deliver booked services)

  • Legal obligation (e.g. safeguarding requirements)

Event Bookings (Clients Hiring Performers)
 

9.1 Booking Confirmation

All event bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once Prestige Performer Collective LTD has received the required deposit.
 

9.2 Deposit

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking

  • The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking confirmation

  • Failure to pay may result in the booking being released without notice
     

9.3 Final Balance

The remaining 50% balance must be paid within 7 working days following the event date.
 

9.4 Late Payments

If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, Prestige Performer Collective LTD reserves the right to:

  • Charge reasonable debt recovery costs

  • Withhold future bookings or services
     

9.5 Cancellations by Client

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event will be charged at 100% of the booking fee
     

9.6 Cancellations by Prestige Performer Collective LTD

In the unlikely event we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will:

  • Offer a suitable replacement performer where possible, or

  • Provide a full refund of any payments made
     

10. Performer Engagement & Payments
 

10.1 Employment Status

All performers are contracted on a self-employed basis.

Performers are responsible for:

  • Their own tax and National Insurance contributions

  • Maintaining appropriate insurance where required
     

10.2 Payment Schedule

  • Payments are processed monthly

  • Funds are issued on or around the 7th of each month

  • Payments cover work completed in the previous calendar month


10.3 Invoicing Requirements

A valid invoice must be submitted for payment.

Invoices should include:

  • Performer’s full name/business name

  • Contact details

  • Description of services provided

  • Dates of work

  • Amount due
     

Invoices must be submitted before the end of the month to ensure payment in the next cycle.
 

Prestige Performer Collective LTD is not responsible for delayed payments where:

  • Invoices are submitted late

  • Invoices contain incorrect or incomplete information
     

10.4 Right to Withhold Payment

Prestige Performer Collective LTD reserves the right to withhold or adjust payment in cases of:

  • Non-attendance

  • Late arrival without reasonable notice

  • Failure to deliver agreed services

  • Breach of conduct or contractual obligations
     

10.5 Substitution

Performers may not send a substitute without prior written approval from Prestige Performer Collective LTD.
